Our client, an established stock feed production company, is looking for a driven and experienced Agronomist to join their buyers’ team.

The candidate will be tasked with ensuring availability of all Agro related products for distribution across the client’s retail platforms (i.e. Agro chemicals and fertilizers), as well as, monitoring and have intricate knowledge of seasonality per region to determine products to be stocked. The incumbent should be adaptable with excellent communication and negotiating skills.

This is a senior role, and the candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to draft SLAs (Service Level Agreement) with suppliers. An Agri degree specialising in Crop Science is desired and possession of an MBA will be a distinct advantage.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
