BOARDING MATRON/COOK

Primary Duties
- Admit learners into hostels as per school rules.
- Supervising waking up, meals, bed time
- Attend to the general welfare of boarders
- Ensuring that the hostels and their surroundings are in a good health state at all times.
- Any other duties assigned by the school Administration.
- Assist other cook in preparing meals
- Determined and control quantity and quality of food prepared.
- Should be able to work under pressure
Requirements
- Minimum age 40 years (Mature Female)
- Experience in working with teenagers (teaching, Nursing, Youth work or Police)
- A Christian – preferably Anglican.
- Minimum five ‘Olevels including English language.
- Good health and fitness
- A driver’s licence is a must
- Minimum of a catering certificate from recognized College and proficiency in preparing and handling large quantities of food
- Should be able to work under pressure
