Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Insurance or any other relevant similar qualification
- Minimum of five years working experience in a similar role with a proven track record in the Panel Beating industry or a similar technical field.
- Previous work experience in the Insurance sector with a reputable organization in Claims, Underwriting or Risk management will be a distinct
- Conversant with MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
Skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to manage a profit centre with a drive to achieve results.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a dynamic sales team.
- Demonstrated ability in man management of a diverse work force.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer and service excellence.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
- Ability to network is a critical success factor.
