Water Distribution Superintendent – City Of Mutare

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and task oriented individuals to fill the above position that has arisen within the [leering and Technical Services Department.

Minimum Qualifications And Experience Requirements

• Skilled class 1 certificate.
• 5 0′ levels including English and Mathematics
• 8 years relevant working experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be reporting to the Water Technician and Administer and control all water storage and distribution operations
• Controls and runs the water distribution section workshop
• Carries out office administration for the water section.
• Monitors and controls the water distribution vehicle fleet
• Controls monitor and maintain all reservoirs.
• Executes action plans on reduction anon revenue water to recommended standards
• Manages quality control on all water distribution sections/activities
• Attends to consumer queries and administers new connections Superintends and controls water demand and management
