Job Description
• Driving lorries and other vehicles hired out to clients to ensure that all stakeholders receive a quality service
• Collecting and carrying broken down equipment using a horse coupled to a Lowbed
• Load equipment into low bed truck and use chains to secure machine
• Completes vehicle log books to capture mileage and destination of vehicle for tracking purposes in accordance with Administration procedures.
• Collects goods ordered by CMED from various suppliers to create efficiency of work flow
• Transport staff and visitors as instructed in order to ensure they are where they are supposed to be in time.
• Observe and report equipment mechanical failures immediately.
• Safe keeping and use of equipment.
• Ably represent the interests of the company by good interaction with clients and the public
Requirements
• A Clean Class 2 Driver’s Licence.
• At least O Level education
• Defensive Driver’s license is a must.
• At least 2 years driving experience in a reputable organization
• Sound knowledge of local roads.
