Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve Bridge Carbon’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and maintain quality processes, SOPs, document control systems and audit frameworks.
  • Ensure organisational audit readiness and support verification and validation activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of MRV processes across multiple countries and carbon methodologies.
  • Drive data quality, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead internal audits, corrective action processes and quality reviews.
  • Partner with operational, carbon, compliance, finance, HR and technology teams to strengthen governance and performance.
  • Mentor and support quality teams across Africa and Asia.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working with recognised carbon standards such as Verra, Gold Standard or similar frameworks .
  • Experience supporting or leading validation and verification audits.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 principles, SOP development, document control and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or improve quality systems and operational processes.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and operational environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and country offices.
  • Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Quality Management or a related field , or equivalent practical experience.
  • An ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification is advantageous.
