Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing public communication messages, publications and campaigns supporting FEFAC objectives.
- Manage FEFAC social media accounts.
- Manage FEFAC public and internal websites.
- Conduct quality control checks of articles in the internal newsletter, FEFACTS.
- Supporting the organisation of FEFAC events, particularly the annual conference and workshops.
- Engaging with speakers, venues and service providers.
- Assisting with event logistics.
- Coordinating sponsors’ visibility, participation and deliverables before, during and after events.
- Maintaining professional relationships with key contacts.
Requirements
- Technical and digital skills in WordPress, Canva or comparable graphic design tools, Microsoft PowerPoint and AI .
