Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business.
- Process financial transactions and assist with financial reporting and record keeping.
- Support tax administration and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate procurement processes, supplier administration and purchasing activities.
- Oversee inventory and asset management and ensure accurate records.
- Administer HR and payroll processes while ensuring accurate and confidential employee records.
- Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs, procedures and administrative controls.
- Prepare management reports and operational updates.
- Coordinate assigned projects, track deliverables and follow up on outstanding actions.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in administration, operations, finance or accounting.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of Sage or another accounting/ERP system.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
- A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
