Key Responsibilities
- Formulate policies, procedures and guidelines for the respective sections to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage University-wide cleaning and hygienic services.
- Manage the University grounds and coordinate Campus Services operations.
- Manage materials and stocks required for cleaning and maintenance.
- Maintain an asset list of equipment and a replacement schedule.
- Oversee University staff accommodation services.
- Prepare and arrange venues for University functions and examinations.
- Hire out facilities and assist in planning and hosting special events.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Implement work practices that minimise risks to staff, students and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Commercials plus a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences; or
- A Master’s in Business Management or Master’s in Business Administration; or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in a managerial position .
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and people management skills.
