Research Council of Zimbabwe

The Research Council of Zimbabwe (RCZ) is a statutory body that promotes, coordinates, and regulates research in Zimbabwe. Headquartered in Harare, it advises the government on research policy and administers research registration and clearance procedures. The RCZ also organizes the Zimbabwe International Research Symposium (ZIRS), bringing together researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders. Its work supports evidence-based decision-making and national development priorities across the country.
