The nine-month virtual mentorship programme is designed to support and nurture the next generation of conservation and sustainable development leaders. It will provide participants with opportunities to strengthen their leadership capabilities, connect with experienced practitioners and peers, and build their capacity to advance inclusive, community-centred conservation. The programme particularly encourages applications from Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities , as well as young leaders working closely with these communities.
