Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff
- Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems
- Help maintain IT asset registers and equipment inventory
- Support back-ups, data security checks and routine system updates
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist in the maintenance and support of computer systems, networks, and hardware
