Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, packaging and serving of meals and beverages;
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors;
- Handle cash and mobile payments, issue receipts and balance daily sales;
- Assist with stock taking, receiving and proper storage of stock;
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety in the mobile canteen;
- Assist with marketing and promotion of mobile canteen products;
- Support record keeping and daily sales reporting;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor;
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts/ Cookery/ Hospitality or related field will be an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of food handling and customer service;
- Honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible to work during weekends and odd hours;
