Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day farm operations and ensure efficient farm productivity.
- Oversee cattle production, including breeding, feeding, animal health, handling and general herd management.
- Plan and supervise crop production, from land preparation and planting through to harvesting and storage.
- Develop and implement effective livestock and crop production plans.
- Manage farm workers and ensure proper allocation of duties.
- Monitor farm inputs, equipment, feed, fertiliser and other resources.
- Maintain accurate farm records and provide regular production reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilisation of farm machinery, equipment and infrastructure.
- Promote good agricultural practices, productivity and cost-effective farm management.

- Proven experience in farm management, particularly in both cattle and crop production.
- Relevant qualifications in Agriculture, Animal Science, Crop Science, Farm Management or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and manage a farm team effectively.
