Key Responsibilities

  • Direct marketing and business development to targeted market segments
  • Collecting, assessing and analyzing client information in order to make sound credit decisions.
  • Conducting client visits, both existing and prospective to ensure business is retained
  • Effective relationship management and taking initiative to identify leads in the target segments.
  • Monitoring loan repayments and proactively managing portfolio quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s credit policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or any related commercial discipline.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of proven business development experience, preferably within a financial service, microfinance, or SME lending environment.
