Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support through complex diary, meeting and travel management.
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing materials and documentation.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director’s Office.
- Coordinate executive engagements with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, Board members and senior executives.
- Support the Managing Director’s preparation for Board, Executive Committee and other governance meetings by coordinating executive briefing materials and ensuring timely follow-up of agreed actions.
- Coordinate Executive Office financial and procurement administration, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s financial policies, delegated authorities and governance requirements.
- Support the coordination and monitoring of strategic initiatives and executive action items across business units.
- Maintain highly confidential executive records, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership engagements and business events while delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field, with a 2.1 or better pass.
- A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive or senior management support.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the financial services industry.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or Executive Offices will be a distinct advantage.
