Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming stock and materials
- Issue materials and products according to approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts
- Maintain accurate inventory and stores records
- Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the stores
- Prepare stock reports and reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Investigate stock variances and report discrepancies
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in stores or inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
