- Valid Defensive Driving Certificate.

- Reside in Damofalls, Ruwa or the Greater Ruwa area.
- Experience driving a bus in a school environment managing learners is an added advantage.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to learner safety and discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AsiaStar or Yutong buses is an added advantage.
