Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field activations – engaging farmers (at auction floors, contract grower schemes, and rural collection points), agents, and merchants to drive adoption of InnBucks as the preferred payment and payout channel.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate agents and customers – facilitating KYC and driving usage stimulation campaigns to grow the active agent and active customer base.
- Lead and coordinate Enterprise and channel activation projects (tobacco, Aid disbursements, and commercial payouts).
- Convert seasonal activations into sustained active customers and agents through structured onboarding, training, and float-support coordination.
- Supervise and coach Brand Ambassadors – setting daily targets, managing field routing and execution, and tracking performance against plan.
- Build and maintain structured relationships (CRM) with grower associations, contractors, agents, and merchant partners – logging engagements and resolving service and float issues promptly to safeguard retention.
- Track and report performance against targets – activations, active customers, active agents, and transaction volumes – with weekly submissions to the Sales Manager / Enterprise Sales Manager.
Requirements
- A Commercial degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a Sales or customer-facing environment, with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in the field as a Field Officer, Brand Ambassador, Merchandiser, or Client Relations Officer
- Knowledge of payment processes, and on-farm engagement in the field (especially tobacco), and commercial acumen.
