Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and supplier payments.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, NSSA, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare project financial and management reports.
  • Support implementation and optimisation of accounting systems (Zoho Books or similar ERP).
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification or studying towards one is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
