Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates multi-country survey administration and data collection activities across assigned regions
  • Manages stakeholder engagement with INGOs, NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and development partners
  • Develops and translates survey instruments, research tools, and project documentation in English, French, and Arabic where required
  • Monitors survey response rates and implements follow-up strategies to maximise participation across multiple countries
  • Applies GDPR and other applicable data protection standards to ensure secure handling, anonymisation, and controlled access to research data
  • Maintains secure research databases and ensures data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative data analysis and prepares country-level and consolidated research reports
  • Facilitates stakeholder interviews and supports qualitative data collection where required
  • Collaborates with project teams to ensure timely delivery of research outputs and project milestones
  • Prepares high-quality technical reports, presentations, and research documentation for clients

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Research, International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with INGOs, NGOs, or humanitarian and development organisations (essential)
  • Proven experience managing multi-country survey administration, preferably involving 100+ respondents across multiple countries
  • Practical experience applying GDPR or equivalent data protection standards, including data anonymisation and controlled-access arrangements
  • Professional proficiency in French (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking), or access to a vetted Arabic translation resource
  • Experience using online survey platforms and secure research data management systems
  • Excellent research, analytical, report-writing, and data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines
  • Availability to support the assignment between September and December 2026
