- Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Extractive Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in mineral processing, with at least 3-5 years in a flotation-focused leadership role.
- Proven track record managing flotation circuits in a base metals, precious metals, or industrial minerals operation (e.g., copper, gold, lead-zinc, nickel, PGMs).
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) is an added advantage.
