  • Governance, risk management, and internal control processes are appropriately designed and operating effectively to support strategic, operational, financial, and compliance objectives.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • A professional qualification such as CIA, CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CRMA, CISA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4-8 years’ relevant experience in audit, risk, compliance, or assurance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, supply chain, and distribution environments is preferred.
  • Experience leading internal audit engagements.
  • Experience using data analytics and audit software applications is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the IIA Internal Auditing Competency Framework and Global Internal Audit Standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities.
