Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with an MBA or relevant Master’s Degree being added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, IT Service Management (ITSM), Information Security or Business Continuity Management will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the ICT industry, with significant exposure to infrastructure management, application systems support, and service delivery operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and IT governance programmes within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, databases, operating systems, cybersecurity, business continuity, and IT service management frameworks.
