Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent.
- A trade qualification as a Millwright, or a qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Strong technical problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
