Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a retail outlet, branch, or similar operation.
- FMCG experience would be an added advantage, although strong retail management experience from other sectors will also be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through proactive customer acquisition and relationship management.
