Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Retail Management or any equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 5years experience in retail management or similar role
• Experience in agro- business will be added advantage
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, Point of Sale (POS) software, and merchandising standards
• Customer Service prowess
• Leadership & Team Building
