Key Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of peace, security, and governance programmes
- Conduces research and analysis on governance and peacebuilding issues
- Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Coordinates stakeholder engagements, meetings, and workshops
- Monitors project activities and compiles progress updates
- Maintains accurate records and administrative documentation
- Provides administrative and operational support to programme teams
Requirements
- Degree in Peace and Security, Peace and Governance, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum degree classification of Upper Second Class (2.1)
- Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated interest in peacebuilding, governance, and development issues
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally within the field
