Key Responsibilities

• Provide secretariat support (agendas, minutes, action tracking) to sector associations
• Maintain organized records of meetings, correspondence, and sector documentation
• Manage meeting logistics, calendars, invitations, and follow-ups
• Act as coordination point for member companies, associations, and partners
• Follow up on data requests and industry deliverables
• Support engagement with ministries, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Support planning and execution of sector projects and initiatives
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across workstreams
• Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and engagements
• Draft professional correspondence (emails, invitations, follow-ups)
• Support preparation of concept notes, reports, and presentations

Requirements

• Strong organizational & administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail; ability to multitask
• Basic research and analytical capability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in admin, coordination, or research (preferred)
• Exposure to industry associations or policy work is an added advantage
