Role Overview: Lead the delivery of evidence-based clinical and product training to healthcare professionals and internal teams, supporting safe, compliant, and effective use of therapies while strengthening scientific engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and product training to healthcare professionals
- Strengthen capability of Sales & Marketing teams
- Develop training materials aligned with clinical guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and approved product information
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify knowledge gaps
Requirements
- MBChB (or equivalent) or Registered Nurse / Theatre Nurse
- 2-3 years clinical experience, preferably in ICU, Emergency, or Theatre
- Hands-on exposure to critical care procedures, demonstrations, or product use
- Ability to engage and influence intensivists and specialist clinicians
- Experience in clinical training, tutoring, or healthcare education (advantage)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel
