Key Responsibilities

• Identifies market potential and grows the business profile to ensure financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Participates in conducting research to understand customer needs.
• Arranges for business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promotes the company’s products/services to prospective and existing customers.
• Prepares all documentation in relation to the loan application and disbursement in accordance with set down guidelines.
• Files all documents for prospective or current customers.
• Facilitates disbursements in accordance with the laid down guidelines and procedures.
• Monitors the performance of clients’ accounts and provides trustworthy feedback and post-disbursement support.
• Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Records customers’ complaints and compliments and makes sure the complaints have been resolved in a timely manner.
• Performs counselling of clients by balancing their emotions against business expectations to ensure relationships are maintained during periods of difficulty.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: 5 O levels including Mathematics and English.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, microfinance, or a similar field is required.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Zimbabwean financial market and local credit trends.
• Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
