Key Responsibilities

• Drives business development and secure new forwarding clients
• Manages key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Supports forwarding operations, including documentation, bookings, and customs processes
• Executes digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
• Conducts market research and support new service development
• Assists with dispute resolution across the logistics chain
• Advises clients on Incoterms, logistics legalese, and corridor options.
• Assists with mineral export documentation and compliance requirements.
• Implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence of operational or service issues.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs processes, and regional corridors
• Proven sales and client acquisition experience
• Digital marketing exposure (SEO, content creation, social media)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
