Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process.
- Handling employee grievances in line with the Grievance procedure.
- Supporting in training and performance management processes.
- Assisting in administering employee benefits and reward management.
- Producing and submitting reports on general Human Resources activities.
- Assisting in drafting Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Supporting day-to-day Human Resources and administrative operations.
- Supporting employee wellness programmes and engagement initiatives.
- Monitoring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with departments to support HR initiatives.
- Facilitating exit interviews and completing staff termination paperwork.
- Performing periodic audits of personnel files and Human Resources records.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year working experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
