Hiring HR OFFICER

 

 

The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the human resources functions within the company. Responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, and ensuring they are consistently applied across the organisation.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Coordinates the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end.

  • Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.

  • Facilitates the performance reviews, tracks overall employee performance against established goals and objectives, and provide support to managers and employees in managing performance.

  • Collaborates with managers to identify skill gaps and development opportunities based on performance reviews.

  • Coordinates training initiatives and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations in all HR practices and policies.

  • Administers payroll and other employee compensation and benefits programs.

  • Promotes employee wellness initiatives and programs to support the well-being of employees.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Degree or Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.

  • IPMZ or any other relevant professional qualification.

  • Payroll certification and experience a must

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws.

  • Proficiency in HR Systems.

  • Sound background in managing training and development
