Personal Assistant to CEO (Agriculture Industry)
A well-established agriculture company is looking for a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide top-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a fast-paced role that requires precision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and committed to excellence in executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
– Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence.
– Act as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
– Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assignments.
– Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives.
– Manage payments and oversee procurement processes
– Handle confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management or related field.
– Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting top-level executives or management.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
– Integrity, professionalism, and absolute confidentiality are non-negotiable.
