Job Summary
A leading organisation in the Healthcare Service Industry is seeking to recruit a highly qualified individual to join our team. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above-mentioned position.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the position shall be responsible for the following, among other duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation of contemporary security initiatives
- Enforces the business security policy and procedures
- Provides a safe and secure operating environment for staff and stakeholders
- Provides specialised security expertise and monitors access to restricted areas
- Ensures stakeholders are directed to the correct departments
- Prepares reports of daily activities and irregularities
- Monitors movement of property and equipment in and out of the building
- Provides excellent people management and supervisory skills
- Participates in the evaluation of security systems to help improve efficiencies.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 0′ Level passes including English and Mathematics
- Degree in Security Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years supervisory experience in a security environment
- Training and experience in electronic surveillance systems e.g. biometric access control, CCTV, time & attendance in a corporate organisation
- Must be highly computer literate.
