(BULAWAYO x2 GWERU x1, HARARE x2, MASHWEST x1 AND MASVINGO PROVINCE x2

• The ideal candidates must have Insurance COP, Marketing and sales management qualification,
• clean class four (4) driver’s licence and at least two years’ experience working as a team leader/field manager or branch manager in the Insurance Industry with traceable record.
• An Insurance degree would be an added advantage.

Key Performance areas

• Recruitment of agents
• Agent’s induction and development
• Agent’s motivation 4 Develop team’s budgets and sales strategy for the agency
• Monitor and evaluate agent’s performance
• Reporting for management information.
• Market development and Client Relationship Management
