SENIOR INVESTIGATION OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertaking unfair trade practices investigations and recommend remedial actions. • Undertake advocacy and awareness activities on Trade Defence Instruments at workshops • Draft research and related papers on Trade Development Instruments • Attend business associations meetings and workshops on behalf of the Division on trade remedies • Developing relations with stakeholders in appropriate government, parastatal, business and non-governmental organizations with regards to trade remedies • Draft articles on unfair trade practices related issues for publication in local newspaper • Any other relevant duties assigned from time to time up the Chief Investigator and or the Assistant Director
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Honours Degree in Economics/ Accounting! Law • Masters Degree is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years working experience
