Project Manager-Poultry Business Domboshava 

Duties
• Organize and run a project of 2000-3000 broilers on 6 week cycles with minimum fatalities;
• Source inputs, cold storage facilities and arrange markets/contracts at competitive pricing,
• Hire and manage part-time and fulltime labour on a when need arises basis;
• Recommend business growth strategies;
• General managerial functions including planning, budgeting, coordination, delegation,
• Week and monthly written project progress reports to Directors
Characteristics
• Agricultural Animal Science Degree or Diploma & min 2 years work experience
• Driver’s licence,
• Familiarity with Domboshava and people skills will be an added advantage

NB: The Manager will operate at the Project Premises at Mungate in Domboshava
