Pastry Chef – An established organisation in the hospitality industry is looking for a Pastry Chef responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Must be a Class 1 Chef and have a tertiary qualification in Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management. At least 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef.
