Media Intern(Voluntary)

The Media Intern will control daily social media content of the company, focusing primarily on interaction with clientele and administration of the social media content calendar.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the creation and fulfilment of social media calendar

Assist in the gathering and creation of multiple content types for social syndication including photos, videos and graphics

Assist in monitoring digital and social media channels

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in media, digital, marketing or related field

Experience working with and understanding of social media platforms, their demographics, analytics, etc. will be an added advantage.

Ability to capture platform specific content across all channels, with a focus on Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook Stories.

Experience with social media analytics and running performance reports

Experience in capturing photo and video content, using both cell phone and digital camera

Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premium Pro or similar software)Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.

Ability to work in a high-paced, high-pressure, proactive environment

Flexible to work nights and weekends (when necessary)
