Working with our partners across Norfolk & Waveney, we’ve designed training programmes and support packages to help you quickly settle into life in the beautiful county of Norfolk and work to pass your OSCE and gain your NMC registration.

Our international recruitment programme will take you through the steps you’ll need to develop yourself as a fully trained nurse with UK registration. You’ll join us initially as a Band 4 Pre-registered Nurse and spend your first few weeks being supported in our training rooms to prepare for your OSCE. Once your OSCE preparation programme is complete you will commence your induction to working as a nurse with one of our NHS partner organisations and then begin clinical work as a Pre-Registered Nurse, until you receive your NMC PIN.
