Homelink Group which has interests in financial service and property development invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Internal Valuer that has arisen within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities 
Reporting to the Mortgages Manager, the position will be responsible for the following;
• Valuating properties for sales and rentals.
• Property management.
• Conducting marketing intelligence and researches on trends in the property market for product development.
• Offering project advisory services and desktop valuations.
• Facilitating property and land sales and purchases.
• Assisting in conducting stage inspections for building loans.
• Conducting a deeds search on pledged security.
• Making appraisals on properties by using local comparisons.
• Advising on property and housing market trends.

Education and Qualifications 
• A minimum of 3 years relevant experience at a similar level.
• Diploma in Valuation and Property Management.
• Must be registered with the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe

Skills and Competencies 
• Project management skills an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong report writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
