Graduate Trainee Programme – MMCZ

In line with the Corporation’s strategic initiatives towards increased value addition and foreign currency generation, Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe (MMCZ), is inviting applications from graduates to participate in a Graduate Trainee Programme. The successful candidates will undergo a two-year training programme with the Corporation in the following disciplines:

• Human Resources Management- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology
• Administration Management/Economics- Degree in Business
• Accounting- Degree in Accounting
• Legal- Degree in Law
• Information and Communications Technology – Degree in Computer Science
• Public Relations- Degree in Communications/Journalism and Media Studies
• Procurement Management- Degree in Purchasing and Supply
• Audit- Degree in Auditing

Applicants must be recently qualified graduates in possession of any of the relevant degrees with a minimum of an upper second (2.1) class degree qualification from a recognized institution and should be below the age of 25 at the date of dosing the applications:

• Be analytical and have good judgement
• Have excellent planning and organizing skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
