Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
• At least 5 ‘0’ Level subjects including English Language
• A valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence
• A valid Defensive Driving Certificate
• At least 6 years relevant experience
• Class 2 Driver’s Licence provides an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
• -Collects documents from all offices and deliver them as directed and ensures confidentiality.
• -Observes and reports all pool car defects
• -Drives employees and consultants to and from site
• -Prepares refreshments for visitors and meetings
• -Cleans and tides up all project offices on a daily basis.
• -Prepares the boardroom for lined up meetings and serves refreshments / meals as per request
