Cook – (WCRC x2)
Reporting to the Domestic Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of meals in the kitchen for rehabilitees at the Rehabilitation Centre.
Key Outputs
• Prepare and present food professionally.
• Maintain a clean workplace area befitting a place where food is being prepared.
• Ensure that kitchen utensils are clean before and after use.
• Ensure ingredients are in adequate quantities for the preparation of meals and are stored in a clean place.
Qualifying Requirements
5 “O” levels including English Language and Mathematics plus a relevant trade qualification.
6-12 months experience in a related environment.
