Qualifications and Attributes

• Skilled Worker Class one Builder/Journeyman Certificates from a recognised institution
• Experience in steel structures and commercial buildings construction
• Ability to communicate with technical staff and consulting engineers
• Ability to supervise a large workforce with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of council requirements and regulations
• Ability to strictly adhere to quality,safety and regulatory standards
• Trade reference from previous employer a must
• 5 years previous experience in Construction industry with 3 as a foreman
