Qualifications and Attributes
- Skilled Worker Class one Builder/Journeyman Certificates from a recognised institution
- Experience in steel structures and commercial buildings construction
- Ability to communicate with technical staff and consulting engineers
- Ability to supervise a large workforce with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of council requirements and regulations
- Ability to strictly adhere to quality,safety and regulatory standards
- Trade reference from previous employer a must
- 5 years previous experience in Construction industry with 3 as a foreman
