Responsibilities Oversee Production of Asphalt Mix Design ,lead a team of Laboratory Engineers, quality control work of laboratory Engineers Qualifications BSC in Civil Engineering, Min 15 years experience in an asphalt , knowledge of international standards for roads and highways.A short course in Asphalt Technology and a drivers licence
