Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF) Zimbabwe is the country office of the international CLGF network, headquartered in Harare. It implements the SLAISE Project, providing technical support and training to local authorities across Zimbabwe. The office works to strengthen decentralisation, improve service delivery, and promote good governance at the municipal level. Staff regularly travel throughout Zimbabwe to engage with district and urban councils. Through these activities, CLGF Zimbabwe contributes to building capable and responsive local government institutions.
