Two (2) Data Captures: ActionAid

Location: Makoni and Nyanga

The Data Captures will be responsible for administrative and field provisions related to registration of households and the paper trail thereof for database management. The incumbents will be responsible for capturing beneficiary registers into the WFP database. They will ensure production of accurate households registers as well as beneficiaries lists in accordance with established policies, systems and procedures.

A diploma in relevant discipline/field; Minimum of 2 years extensive experience in development work at community level; Prior experience in food assistance interventions, including in kind-food distribution; Ability to work with teams, communicate and coordinate with government departments and other agencies at various levels; Computer literacy in Excel, Word and other data management system; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent data capturing skills
